Snippy is provided as Free Software ("Freeware"). Aevorin Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to install, run, and use the Software on an unlimited number of devices for personal, educational, or commercial purposes.
2. Ownership & Intellectual Property
The Software, including all code, designs, branding, trademarks, and documentation, is closed-source and remains the sole intellectual property of Aevorin Studios. This EULA grants you usage rights only and does not transfer any ownership of the Software or its source code.
3. Restrictions
You may NOT:
- (a) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract or derive the source code of the Software.
- (b) Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Software.
- (c) Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or charge any fees for the Software or its distribution.
- (d) Re-host, repackage, or distribute modified installers or binaries of the Software without prior written permission from Aevorin Studios.
- (e) Remove or alter any copyright notices, branding, or proprietary labels within the Software.
4. Automatic Updates
The Software contains automated update functionality. It may periodically communicate with Aevorin Studios servers to check for and automatically download and install software updates to ensure peak performance and stability.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL AEVORIN STUDIOS OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
6. Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated. Your right to use the Software terminates automatically if you violate any terms of this EULA.
